For a number of years I wrote a newsletter which went out to over 700 play areas with the intention of letting operators know that we all struggle with the same issues. It was a simple publication with no pictures and which my wife described as the ‘rantings of a madman’. You can access all past issues through this website clicking on the link below and choosing the one you want to read.
