Our 'Bring a friend' voucher offer returns from this weekend so come to play and those paying full price will collect a voucher to come back and bring another child and they get in for just £2.50. We have kept the scheme as simple as possible, so you can use them at anytime before the expiry date, but the first child must be paying the full entry price. It can't be used if booking online or with Tesco vouchers or for party packages. FOAM SWINGS
Swings have always been considered a basic requirement in outdoor playgrounds but they are seldom seen in the indoor play environment. One reason was the safety aspect, as it was a concern that the hard seat of the swing could cause injury. We decided that such a integral part of children's play should be available in a softplay form in Activity World and now we are making it available to the rest of the play industry for the price of just £139.00 plus carriage and VAT.
Although it may appear to be all foam, it has been designed with a solid internal frame to maintain stability, but is well padded to ensure there is no likelihood of a hard impact. The swing has two D-rings at the end of the webbing straps, so all you require is to install a fitting with a shackle to attach the swing to. They are made to fit on a 2m high ceiling, so they can be extended with chain or shortened by knotting the webbing. If you wish to ensure the swing is not allowed to swing out too far then we recommend it is installed in an 2.4m (8ft) x 1.2m (4ft) bay with one end netted so there is a limit to how far it can move. It appears this swing is the only one currently available in the market.
